A new trend that has taken over TikTok asks users to share videos featuring their “tiny (possibly) insignificant acts of revenge.” Thousands of people jumped at the call to action from Annie Manning, including one TikTok user named Victoria. Victoria’s video has since become a viral sensation because she speaks about how she got revenge on her father for his comments about her weight (and she explains why he deserves every bit of her revenge).
“My dad once accused me in high school of only having friends who were fatter than me in order to make myself feel better,” Victoria said. “Not true. But I was pretty mad.”
Because her dad uttered the offensive suggestion, Victoria felt the need to get revenge on her father. She figured that she’d do something he would never forget while he was out of the house.
“So, the next time I was home alone, I took a seam ripper, and I weakened the crotch in all of his favorite pants. No enough, so there was a hole, but just enough so that if he sat down, the crotch would rip open up his butt. So he would think he was getting fat!”
Victoria then explained that she continued to work her revenge on more of her dad’s clothes. But this time, she picked one of his favorite items and tweaked it so he would suffer a wardrobe malfunction while wearing it in public.
“Then I also took the seam ripper to his favorite nineties trench coat that he was super proud of, and I cut all the threads holding his buttons onto his coat except for one thread so that the button was still there, but when he put it on and moved around, the buttons would pop off.”
The plot worked perfectly, and Victoria explained that her dad never figured it out. As an adult, she later confessed, but that was years later when the tiny act of revenge had long been in the past.
“I stand by that,” she said at the end of her video.
TikTok users were delighted by Victoria’s confession. They loved hearing how she got revenge on her dad after he accused her of having “fat” friends to boost her self-esteem. Here are some of the comments that were shared on the Chinese-created platform.

Some men were not happy with the story.
“Pants are expensive. Get a job and pay for new ones. Seriously, women are nuts and have no sense of money,” wrote Tyler Ellis.
