I ended up in a hospital diagnosed with leukemia. I want everyone to know I’m doing incredibly well and fighting my way through chemo. I will update you with a better pic of myself and talk about staying positive thru the worst of times. Take care of yourself all! I’ll be back better, stronger, and wiser!”
Meanwhile, the creator of the hit series Supernatural, Eric Kripke, admitted that he was “gutted” to learn of the actress’s passing. He shared his feelings in a tweet to his fans to talk about how Aycox will be sorely missed by many.
Kripke wrote, “Gutted to hear the great Nicki Aycox, our first Meg Masters, passed away. Too young. She was a delight and delivered lines like honey and venom. I marvel at how she made a simple word like ‘lackluster’ legendary.”
